Our Fun and Fitness sessions get kids moving, laughing, and learning about the importance of staying active. From team games to obstacle courses, children develop strength, coordination, and teamwork skills — all while enjoying time outdoors or in our activity spaces.
Physical activity doesn’t just strengthen muscles; it boosts focus, confidence, and emotional well-being. When kids discover that exercise can be fun, they’re more likely to stay active as they grow!
🍎 Tasty Tuesdays: Encouraging Healthy Eating Habits
Our Tasty Tuesdays make snack time exciting and educational. Each week, children get to try different nutritious snacks and learn where their food comes from. They explore the colors, textures, and tastes of fruits, veggies, and whole foods that fuel their growing bodies.
By turning healthy eating into a hands-on experience, we help kids make positive food choices — and maybe even inspire them to share their new favorite snacks at home!
🧘 Yoga: Finding Calm in the Chaos
Life can be busy, even for kids. That’s why Yoga for kids is such a special part of our kids’ journey at Prairie Kids Club. Through gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness games, children learn to calm their minds and tune into their bodies.
Yoga supports focus, flexibility, and emotional regulation — valuable tools for school, play, and everyday life. It’s a wonderful way for our young learners to recharge and practice self-care.
